This 18U team directly trains with Marcos Gil. We strongly believe that our culture of training and investing in players who are committed to the L'il Saints program will work their way through each season with a core of players until they reach the 18u Gold Team. Each Assistant Coach is also invested in the same coaching, teaching, and training methods to properly develop player's individual skills and talents which benefit their team. Both Coach Marver and Romero are active HS coaches with years of experience developing players.
