Coach Mike Kaddatz has been involved with youth sports for almost 20 years - he is currently one of the assistant coaches of softball at Desert Vista HS. Coach Kaddatz has been involved with the 16U and 18U Gold program 2016-2019. In 2019, Coach Kaddatz returned for his 2nd tour at the 14U level, as a true fundamental skills specialist. Coach Kaddatz spent several years learning the ranks under Dick Dickson's tutelage and continues to promote the "L'il Saints Culture" at the younger and HS ages. Coach Kaddatz has been with the L'il Saints since 2013.

Coaches Rollins comes with both HS level as well as local club ball experience. Coach Rollins is part of the Greenway HS Softball coaching staff and is a well known NHRA and IHRA drag car racer.
